The late great John Peel got a rare audience on 21 July 1998 with the elusive Scottish IDM producers Boards of Canada, who treated us to a modified version of Aquarius (murkier synths, harsher beats, louder giggling children and run time doubled); the chirpy Happy Cycling with its brittle drums and gull caws, and a lighter take on Olson where the keyboards aren’t as churned, and mice scratch at the Boards’ wooden equipment.

The WXAXRXP Sessions version, released for Warp's 30th birthday in 2019, also adds the track XYZ from the same session.
