Communication About Orders
You'll get an automated email from our systems whenever one of these things happens:
- You place an order
- We ship you some or all of an order
- We give you a refund for some or all of an order
We'll also email you from time to time with any important information about an order, particularly if it has been delayed.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We want returns and refunds to be as simple as possible.
Before your order ships
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships and we'll give you a full refund.
After you receive your order
- You can return a purchase if it is the wrong item, or defective, or for any other reason required by Australian consumer law. In this case we will provide a full refund and refund your reasonable costs of returning the item.
- You can return a purchase for store credit, if it is in the original condition it was shipped in, within 30 days of receiving it. For records and CD's this means that it must still be sealed if it was sealed when sent to you, and it must be unplayed.
Our returns policy does not replace any rights you have under Australian consumer law, and it's not intended to. You have those rights for good reasons!

Pre-Orders and Back Orders
If you have ordered an item that has not yet been released, it will be treated as a pre-order. Like any other order, you may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to the release date and we will give you a full refund. If for some reason a pre-order item is not going to be released, then we will give you a full refund and cancel your pre-order.
If you have ordered an item that is not currently in stock it will be treated as a back order and we will acquire it from one of our suppliers as soon as possible. Like any other order, you may cancel your back order any time before it ships to you and we'll give you a full refund. If the item is not able to be fulfilled because it is no longer available from suppliers, then we will give you a full refund and cancel your order.
